Are you unsatisfied with the product you received?
- We strive to meet the satisfaction of our customer. If you are unsatisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for any unopened and unused products. For health reasons, we do not accept returns for any opened products. Although we do not accept returns of opened products, if you’re unsatisfied with the quality; please reach out to us and we will make things right! Once we’ve received the returned products, a refund will be issued for the cost of the products. Shipping costs will vary upon the case. Please contact us support@mindfullyelectric.co to receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Have you received an incorrect or damaged product?
