           1. When will my order be shipped out after purchasing? 

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. However, depending on the product (such as sea moss gel) it can take between 24-48 hours before your product is shipped out. Typical shipment duration is 2-3 business days, unless you purchased  expedited shipping then its 1-2 business days. 

           2. Does sea moss gel need to be refrigerated? 

Yes. We ship our sea moss gel w/ ice packs in an insulated envelope. This helps keeps the gel at a cold temperature during the shipping process. Our jars are sealed to ensure freshness, however, your sea moss should be refrigerated upon receiving. 

           3. If I received free shipping, will I need to pay to return an item?

If you receive free shipping with your order, you will need to pay for the shipping return fee - unless there is an exception such as, an error on our part. 

           4. I'm not sure what to buy! 🥺

Refer to our categories list, herbal encyclopedia/guide or even the product description! All of our product descriptions list the general benefits of each herb.
